Izuna Uchiha (うちはイズナ, Uchiha Izuna) was the younger brother of Madara Uchiha, and was renowned as one of the strongest members of the Uchiha clan.

Eighty years prior to the start of the series, Izuna and his older brother were said to be equals as the most gifted members of the Uchiha clan, and they usually competed with each other every day in order to get stronger. Both awakened theirSharingan early in life, and they became the first Uchiha to awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan. Madara used the power of his Mangekyō Sharingan to take control of the clan, with Izuna at his side. When Madara eventually went blind, he took Izuna's eyes to regain his sight. Itachi Uchiha suggested that his eyes had been taken by force; however, Madara insisted that Izuna had willingly given up his eyes for the good of his brother and the whole clan, seeing that Madara needed to remain strong to protect the clan from its growing number of enemies. Izuna later died honourably in battle, fighting to the death even in his blind state.^[1]

Appearance [3]Edit

Izuna had long dark hair, tied in a ponytail that reached his lower back. He wore what most Uchiha wear, a blue shirt with the Uchiha Crest on his upper back and blue pants that are wrapped up in bandages at the ends. On his waist, he had a bandage belt that held a sack that presumably holds ninja tools. He bore a striking resemblance to Sasuke Uchiha.

Izuna Uchiha was a harmonic and devoted person. He also appeared to be very competitive with his brother,Madara, in terms of skill.

As the younger brother of Madara Uchiha, who was the strongest of the clan, Izuna himself was said to have been equal to his brother in every way. Both of them had exceptionally strong chakra, even for Uchiha members.

Izuna mastered his Sharingan at a very young age, alongside Madara. Izuna'sMangekyō Sharingan, that developed sometime after Madara's, took the appearance of three bars stretching out of his pupil. When Madara took his eyes, the two's Mangekyō combined. Izuna's loss of his eyes rendered him blind, but he managed to survive, and continued to battle. However, with this sudden disability, it eventually led to his death.

During the the Forth Ninja War as a back up plan Kabuto summoned Izuna Uchiha to fight the war with Madara. When Madara realizes, he becomes upset at Kabuto for bringing him back, but happy at the same. When he comes out of the coffin, Madara gives him Shisui sharingan and Obito's Sharingan.It allowed the user to control the mind of the target to the point where even the one it was being used on wasn't aware of it themselves. This ability was apparently so unique and powerful, that Madara Uchiha himself (despite having access to both the Mangekyō Sharingan and the Rinnegan) coveted it, and was angry that Danzō managed to destroy the eye that was transplanted into him from Shisui at the moment of his death. He also has Obito's eye and after getting the Mangekyo Sharingan he was able to do Kamui. Cooll

Rinnegan and Ibitsu's Sharingan

The Rinnegan is one of the three great dōjutsu in the series and said to be the most powerful of them all. Its occurrence is so rare that many people once believed its existence was only a legend or a mutation.^[1]

The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a light purple iris and sclera. In addition to enabling the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all six forms of chakra nature transformation which, as noted by Ibiki Morino, literally allows its user to use any technique they wish. It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques, a series ofninjutsu unique to the Rinnegan user.^[2] Like the Sharinganand the Byakugan, the Rinnegan also allows the user to seechakra, including otherwise hidden barriers. According to Nagato's partner Konan, the possessor of the Rinnegan can also control the seventh path of Pain, who is "beyond life and death", that can use the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, which allows the Rinnegan user to revive all people who have recently died.

The eyes most fearsome trait allows him access to the Izanagi technique, a jutsu forbidden even amongst the Uchiha clan. When the justu is activated, Ibitsu temporarily gains the power to turn the reality within his personal space into an illusion. With the ability to turn his own body into a genjutsu, Ibitsu is capable of negating any injury he should receive from an opponent. This allows him to survive otherwise fatal attacks, while still retaining the ability to inflict physical injury to his opponent. However, the side effect of the jutsu is that for every 60 seconds Izanagi remains activated, he loses sight in his Sharingan eyes. However, he is the first Uchiha to master this technique and negate the ensuing blindness. Once his Eternal Mangekyo was unlocked, he noticed that he could use Izanagi for the full 60 seconds, with the new side effect being that his vision becomes severely blurred for 60 seconds after the technique, leaving him vulnerable. Once his sight becomes clear again, he can use Izanagi once more.Izuna possesses the Mangekyō Sharingan, which increased his already great power, and enabled him to use his most powerful techniques. With his left eye, he could use Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu that traps an opponent's mind in an illusory world, torturing them for what seems like days in a matter of seconds. With his right eye he could use Amaterasu, a ninjutsu which allowed him to create a black flame that he could direct by moving his eye to burn through seemingly anything in its path, including fire itself. His final technique was Susanoo, a technique that uses both eyes to manifest itself as a spectral being.

Sage Mangekyo Sharingan

During a ferice battle with a group of rogue ninja Izuna was force to use his Mangekyō Sharingan to the point[7]Izuna's Sage's Mangekyō Sharinganwhere he went almost completely blind. After defeating the ninja the passed out due to the blood loss. Upon waking he found hisself in a temple decatated to the sage of the 6 paths. while walking though the temple he fould what appared to a ring from the sage's Shakujō. One of the sages told him it was recovered from a group of rouge ninja. It was said the ring gave the ninja abnormal chakra, and the other 5 have yet to be located. After his recovery he decided to stick around and help the temple. One a group of ninja attempted to steal the ring unwillingly he used his Mangekyō Sharingan causing him to go competly blind. Thankful for his help the temple sages gave him the ring. upon placing in on his arm his Mangekyō Sharingan activated and mutated due to the enormus amount of chakra produced by the ring. No longer fearing blindness he was free to use his Mangekyō Sharingan aslong as he has the ring. The abilities are the he is able to increase the abilities that he already has for the sharingan. Two a new Yin Yang jutsu the is similar to Susanoo be has more better abilities like heal instead of destroying the blood cells, and its not a amored skeleton it's a type of animal shaped as a lion that the teeth takes all your abilities when it bites you.Three is a new Kamui is that it can have multiple of them in one area and when you catch the your able to do what ever you want with them. The final ability is a new fire plus wind ability that is similar to the amatersu but a fire barier goes around you the a Lion with very sharp teeth bites your chakara and leaves you almost dead.
