Seikaizou is the the resulting fusion of two highly powerful Shinobi, Seireitou Hyuga and Haizo Hyuga, when they perform the Fusion Dance properly. His voice is a dual voice that contains both Seireitou's and Haizo's voices. Because of being created from two of the strongest ninja, this fusion is considered to be the strongest person in all of existance.

Personality[]
He is somewhat more like Seireitou. He is carefree, and doesnt usually feel like fighting. He always toys with his opponents and usually laughs at their weaknesses.

He is always normally shown in an outfit showing Seireitou's lowerwear with Haizo's upperwear, along with the Fusion vest.
